TERM IME ONLY- Currently meets Tuesday mornings 9.30-11.30am Come along to this relaxed and informal session and learn all about growing your own healthy organic fruit & vegetables and flowers in our community garden in Elswick Park. This is a great opportunity to develop your gardening skills as well as feeling healthier working in the great outdoors! There are also opportunities to get involved with Edible Elswick events on local estates and in the park.

Come along and talk to a qualified breastfeeding coordinator who can give advice, guidance and information through mother to mother support.

Time: 4:00 pm

TERM TIME - A fun cookery and art session for girls aged 8-18. Learn to cook lots of different healthy dishes from savouries like pasta to homemade cakes and snacks in a fun and friendly environment with Susan and Leanne.

* Tuesday ClubTuesday Club

Time: 6:00 pm

Term Time- Tuesday club is a session run on a Tuesday from 6-8pm and is for girls aged from 5-11 years. The session includes lots of different activities including girls sharing good news at the beginning of session, lots of varied amount of fun games, arts and crafts, drama based sessions and lots more. Girls are also encouraged to attend the session in the summer which runs from 10-4. Which includes days out to the museums, the beach, picnic in the park, cooking, dancing and lots more. Tuesday club is a popular session and on average can get around 25-30 girls a session, to be able to run these large sessions, volunteers are needed throughout the summer and on normal sessions on an evening. If anyone would like to volunteer for the Tuesday club don’t hesitate to ask and to get involved we would very much appreciate it.

All women over the age of 16 are welcome. Come along to meet other women in your community, build your confidence and make new friends.
